To access Student Portal, you have to access the official website of UON at www.uonbi.ac.ke. Then, scroll down and you will find Resources. Under it, you are able to find a lot of menu such as Student Portal, Staff SMIS Login, Staff Email, Find People, UON Intranet and many others. You have to click on Student Portal. Then, you will be able to go to login page. In the login page, you have to enter your registration number and your password and then press Login button.
For password, you can use your national ID, passport number, KCSE Index number, or registered mobile number. If you are a new student and you do not have registration number yet, you are able to enter your application Ref. Number as appear in your Letter of Offer to get your allocated Student Registration Number. After entering application Ref. Number, press the “Get Allocated Registration Number” button. What can we do in Student Portal? As you can see in the menu which are available there. In Student Portal, you are able to access Fee Statement, Timetables, Course Registration, Results, Enquiries, and Book Room.
