San Juan College is a college which has grown to be one of the biggest two-year comprehensive community colleges from its modest start as a small branch of New Mexico State University which served just 25 students. In the state, this college is ranked fifth in enrollment among all two- and four-year colleges. Now, this college provides quality education to more than 15,000 students every year. Furthermore, the college partners with state universities to offer both bachelor’s and master’s degree on campus.

San Juan College has a program where it enables students to register and add a class, drop or withdraw a class, view schedules, view grades, make a tuition payment and so on. The program is WebAdvisor. Students can do those things by logging in to the WebAdvisor San Juan College. When you log in, you will be required to enter User ID and also password. If you are a new in using WebAdvisor, you are probably still confused in using this. If you want to drop a single course but you do not how to do, you are able to follow the steps below.
To drop a class before classes begin, you can drop a class via WebAdvisor under Student Registration. To drop a class after classes begin, follow these steps:

  • You can drop a class after the semester has started by sending an email to registrar@sanjuancollege.edu and in the email, you need to include the following items:
    – Your name
    – Students ID number and/or birth date
    – Course name
    – Course number
    – Course section
  • Then, come to the enrollment office and complete a Drop form.

Via WebAdvisor, you can also make a tuition payment. You can do that either through Pay In Full method or Pay using the Student Payment Plan. If you want to pay the tuition by Pay In Full, you can start by logging into the webadvisor first. Then, choose the Students menu. Under financial information, choose “View Account and Make Payments” and then choose term. Payments may also be made at the Business Office with check, cash, credit card. If you want to pay using the Students Payment Plan, you can log in to webadvisor first and then choose the Students Menu. Under financial information, choose “Student Payment Plan” and then choose term. There is cost to participate. Then, there will be payment method: automatic bank payment and credit/debit card.
