This college has a software named WebAdvisor that can be used by students to access their grades, schedules, make a payment and more. This software also can be used by staff and the community of FDTC to access the database of Florence-Darlington Technical College. You have to note that you will need to log in to get access to Webadvisor FDTC. If you are a new student and you are new to WebAdvisor as well. So, you need to follow the instruction of login below.

  1. First, you have to access the page of WebAdvisor. To access this page, you can come to the website of fdtc.edu and then find WebAdvisor in the Quick Links.
  2. When you are in the page of WebAdvisor, now you can click Log In.
  3. After clicking Log In, you will be brought to the page where you need to enter your User Id and also your password.
  4. After entering User ID and password, do not forget to hit Submit button.

By using WebAdvisor, you are able to view account an make payment, view your payment plan schedule, get the information about 1098 Electronic Consent, view your 1098-T forms, view financial aid status, view your document, search for sections, register for sections, drop sections, view grades, view Grade Point Average by term, view unofficial transcript, view program evaluation, view test summary, view your schedule, view your profile, and enroll verify/ transcript request. However, you have to note that students are responsible for the courses that they select in registering through FDTC Edu Webadvisor. Students should have an advisor approve their selection of classes prior to using WebAdvisor to guarantee proper program graduation requirements are met. You also have to remember that a lot of courses are not offered every semester. So, before you withdraw from a required or prerequisite course you need to consult with your advisor to make sure that the course is offered again prior to your planned graduation date.

If you meet some problems when you are using WebAdvisor, you can contact the FDTC-IT Helpdesk. They can receive troubleshoots, responds to end-user problems or requests. You can find the Helpdesk in room 7204 and it opens from Monday to Thursday at 7:30 am to 9:30 pm and on Friday at 7:30 am to 11:30 am. You can also contact them by phone (843) 661-8123, option 1 for WebAdvisor and password reset, option 2 for online college, option 3 for audio visual and option 4 for all other helpdesk request. Sending email is a good idea, too and you can send it to Helpdesk@fdtc.edu.
