In Cabrillo College, there is a tool that can make students and also staff easy to manage class, get information and anything related to campus life. What is that tool? It is Cabrillo College Webadvisor. To get access to WebAdvisor, you need to login first. If you are first time in using WebAdvisor, you can access the homepage of WebAdvisor at https://wave.cabrillo.edu. There, you can find Log In button at the top right of the page. Just click that and you will be directed to the log in page. To login, you will need to enter your College ID and also your password. You have to note that college ID is not similar to the Username that you used for Cabrillo’s Online Application. If you do not know your College ID, you can click College ID which is underlined in that page. Then, you will be directed to the page where you need to enter your last name, and also SSN or Cabrillo ID. After that, click Submit. If you have got your college ID, enter that in the College ID field in the log in page. Then, enter your password in the password field. Your initial password is your birth date in mmddyy format. After finishing entering both fields, now click Submit.
You may deal with some problems when you try to log in. For example, the WebAdvisor locked you out of your account after too many failed log-ins. If it happens, you can simply wait for 15 minutes and then try again. Then, if you are not sure of your password, you can click “I Forgot My Password” link which is available in the corner of bottom right of the log in page. Alternatively, you can view your password hint or request a temporary password. If you request temporary password, WebAdvisor will send the temporary password to the email address on file for you. When you try to login sometimes the password that you used does not work. If so, you have to know that the system that you used to apply online, OpenCCC, is operated by the office of Chancellor. Meanwhile, WebAdvisor is operated by Cabrillo College. So, your password on each system are different.
